All Nu Pharm products comply with international food safety standards and are certified under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), guaranteeing reliable and safe quality. The organic raw materials used in the products have all received the AB safety certification from the French Ministry of Organic Agriculture.

3. How can I join the Nu Pharm Online Club membership?

You can click the profile icon in the top right corner of the website, select "Register Account," and fill in your basic information to become a Basic Member for free, with no membership fees. Upon registration, you will receive a HK$10 no-minimum-spend voucher and start accumulating points ($1 = 1 point).

4. How do I accumulate and redeem points?

Every $1 spent earns 1 point for Basic and Silver Members, 2 points for Gold Members, and 3 points for Platinum Members. 500 points can be redeemed for a $1 cash voucher, applicable for purchases or product exchanges. Log in to the to check your balance and click "Redeem" to generate a cash voucher code, which can be entered at checkout for a discount.

5. Do points have an expiration date?

Points are valid for 365 days from the date they are earned. You can check your points balance and expiration dates in the "Points Center" after logging in.

6. What are Nu Pharm’s shipping regions and fees?

Online store offers shipping to Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau, and overseas regions. Free shipping is available for orders over $500 in Hong Kong, $1,100 in Mainland China and Macau, and $3,000 for overseas regions.
