Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG) is safe and effective for toddlers and older children in managing acute gastroenteritis (AGE) symptoms and preventing antibiotic-associated diarrhea (AAD), with moderate evidence for treating respiratory infections and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Lactobacillus Fermentum

Lactobacillus fermentum, naturally present in human breast milk and children's intestinal microbiota, was first isolated from human milk. It reduces gut and respiratory inflammation, improves sensitive skin and allergies.

Bifidobacterium Infantis
