Lentin du chȇne (Shiitake) powder

Direction of Use

Dissolve appropriate amount of Bio Longue Vie® Lentin du chȇne powder into 200ml of hot water. Serve warm. Optional lemon can be added before serving. A complimentary spoon is enclosed which level off to approx. 0.35g of the powder.

  • Alternaively, Bio Longue Vie® Lentin du chȇne powder can be directly added into hot soup or hot congee.

The product can be consumed according to different needs. The relevant dosages are listed as follows:

Suitable for adult and children (age of 3 or above). Not suitable for people who are allergic to mushroom products and for children under 3 years old.

Below is the dosage for adult. Half the dosage for children (age of 3 or above) is recommended.

For health maintenance:

  • Once per day, 1g per intake (approx. 3 levelled spoons)

As an adjunct treatment:

  • Before and after chemo/radiotherapy or major surgery, once in the morning and evening, 2g per intake (approx. 6 levelled spoons)

For “3-high”:

  • once in the morning and evening, 1g per intake (approx. 3 levelled spoons)

Bio Longue Vie® - Lentin du chȇne is commonly known as the “oakwood mushroom”. The mushroom grows on oak trees. Also called white oaks, European oak trees are characterized by their fine, close grain, their hardness and their white colour. They produce one of the most premium timbers in the world. The roots of white oaks often grow in symbiosis with the mycelia of porcini mushrooms, forming mushroom clusters. Fully mature Lentin du chȇne has a chunky shape with a short stalk.

Boasting an intense fragrance and an appetizing flavour, it has been crowned “the queen of plants”. It is an edible and therapeutic mushroom.

Nu Pharm® have been thoroughly selecting the finest spores with the highest quality genes from Lentin du chȇne. Mycelia formed would be genetically analysed and carefully nurtured in vitro inside an uncontaminated environment.
